Description:
The assignment includes the preparation of a rainwater and drought plan for the entire territory of the municipality of Herent, in accordance with the CIW method "Format rainwater and drought plan". In order to get a carried rainwater and drought plan, the power lines will determine in the necessary consultationsbecome. Furthermore, the vision of various interested actors is consulted. The final objective of such a consultation structure must be a carried rainwater and drought plan that can be approved by all interested actors. That is why it is crucial prior to theElaboration of the rainwater and drought plan All parties (CFR. H4 of the Blueprint Format Rainwater and Drought Plan) to bring together in a starting consultation to: • create support and to make notice of the steps to be followed in the process. • Certain concerns/opportunities/bottlenecks with regard toto bring the area forward, both with regard to flooding and drought. • To point out the relevance for and the effect of interventions on electricity or downsides sensitive watercourses. The importance of this cross -border nature of such a plan is corresponding. The layout of the rainwater andDrought plan will have to be done in close consultation with all stakeholders involved (inside and outside the municipality).
