Description:
The Overijse local government regularly organizes getting out and activities where buses have to be used to bring the participants back to the destination and possibly. It concerns different types of transport assignments that vary in distance, duration and capacity.
This Assignment is a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35 Law 17/6/2016, which is concluded with several participants.
The contracting authority places calling its needs according to its needs.
The duration of this framework agreement is 12 months for each plot with the possibility of this 3 Tacitally extended by 12 months.
Regular bus transport
The regular bus transport concerns:
Post 1: Weekly transport to and from the Begijnhof site
During the school year (about 37 weeks a year), there must be continuous in the morning at 4.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, Wednesday only in the morning) Transport is provided with students between different schools in Overijse and the Begijnhof site, including the swimming pool, the library and culture center Den Blank. Transport must be flexible, with several journeys per day and according to a dynamic schedule that is tailored to the Different class visits. The timetable is transmitted in advance by the municipal services. The number of students per ride can vary.
