Multi -year framework agreement 2025 - 2029 for the appointment of a collection providerand processing different waste streams in Belgium for a maximum estimated value of 86 million euros and consisting of 3 plots

This is a framework agreement with the separate collection and processing of various industrial waste at different locations throughout Belgium.The orderers will place orders on this umbrella framework agreement coordinated according to their specific waste needs and operational needs. Every orderer is responsible for the operational management of his order (s) within this framework agreement. The contracting authoritywill follow the framework agreement overarching. This includes the monitoring of the performance of the contractor and the processing of quarterly reports with regard to the decreases by the orderers.
