- The contract consists of two lots that will be awarded to different suppliers. Lot 1 “Security Governance” Explanation: The following services must be taken into account for this plot: -Consultancy services related to the strategy and policy formulation; -Consultancy services in the context of new projects; -Context of cybersecurity, global trends and technological succession. For the activities of lot 1 (security governance), ASTRID expects a consultant (or of a team of consultants, depending on the skills available in the organization providing the services) that he provides services for a maximum of 110 days per year, spread over the entire year. The activities must are carried out on the basis of an agreed work plan arising from the need to develop new safety frameworks/policies, review existing policies or address specific issues have with safety. Lot 2 “Security Audits, Advanced Threat Readiness, Cyber Training and Awareness” Explanation: The following services must be taken into account for this plot: -Security audit: ethical hacking - penetration testing; -Security audit of applications; -Forensics analysis: collecting evidence after an attack; -Training and raising awareness of staff, in particular by organizing phishing campaigns.
