- The purpose of the public contract is to provide cleaning services for certain establishments in the Municipality of Quevy. This service contract is divided into firm and conditional tranches. Although the conclusion of the contract concerns the entire contract, it does not bind the power adjudicator only for firm tranches. The execution of each conditional tranche is subject to a decision of the contracting authority brought to the attention of the successful bidder in accordance with the terms provided for in these specifications. The firm portion: The services provided by cleaning and disinfection concerning the following establishments: • Les Canaillous reception center located at rue de Malplaquet 16 in Aulnois • Les P-tits Filous reception center located at rue de Frameries 44 in Quevy-le-Petit • Les Ecureuils reception center located at rue Louis Pierard 63 in Bougnies The conditional tranche: The cleaning service provision concerns the following establishments: •L-communal school of d-Aulnois located at rue de Malplaquet 16 in Aulnois + the pre-fabricated modules •L-communal school of Quevy-le-Petit located at rue de Frameries 44 in Quevy-le-Petit •L-school municipal of Bougnies located at rue Louis Pierard 63 in Bougnies The main objective is to ensure a pleasant appearance, visual and effective cleanliness, a level of hygiene and sanitation meeting technical requirements, while ensuring respect for the environment.
