- The purpose of this market is to conclude a multi-attribute framework agreement for the supply of equipment necessary for the interventions of the technical management of the public service housing company. Supplies include: plumbing accessories and products, sanitary and heating. It is a public supplies market. The market is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with a maximum of three attributes, for a period of four years. Orders will be executed according to a cascade system. The market is awarded to the tenderer (s) whose offer is regular and economically the most advantageous. The classification established during the analysis of the offers will determine the order of recourse to suppliers within the framework of a cascade system. Orders are first sent to the highest classified supplier. In the event of unavailability of an article or Delivery deadline not respected, the order is placed to the following supplier in the classification. The unavailability must be confirmed in writing by the supplier concerned within 24 working hours. The supplies will be delivered to the central deposit (500, Emile Donnay residence at 5660 Couvin). The standard delivery time must be indicated and may not exceed 48 working hours with some exceptions. Delivery is made on the basis of a signed order form. A qualitative and quantitative verification will be carried out upon receipt.
