- The purpose of this market is to conclude a multi-attribute framework agreement for the supply of equipment necessary for the interventions of the technical management of the public service housing company. The supplies include: accessories and hardware products and various tools. It is a public supplies market. The market is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with a maximum of three attributes, for a period of four years. Orders will be executed according to a cascade system. The contractor does not deliver all the supplies at once, but by divided deliveries on the basis of successive orders according to the needs of the contracting authority, throughout the duration of the market.
