- To realize the business strategy, BAC depends on both internal and external employees. The sourcing of the internal employees is entirely in the management of the BAC TACQ team (Talent Acquisition Team). The sourcing of the external employees is partly managed by means of aMSP (Managed Service Provider). In 2018, BAC introduced the process of managing the external employees via MSP supported by a Vendor Management System (VMS) as an additional tool. BAC currently has a contract with Connecting Expertise as a Standalone VMS. Bac wishes oneconcluding non-exclusive framework agreement with one MSP party for a duration of three years, twice extending with 1 year each. Mandatory options: 1. Management for the "name-based consultants" with a limited MSP-Scope 2. Option 1 with expansion of all sourcing activities
