Description:
The contracting author wants to excel in customer intimacy and further develop the role of connector. A good CRM system provides benefits for employees, customers and stakeholders of the contracting authority. The CRM system is the software tool for all relationships and interactions with (potential) customers, StakehOlders and suppliers to actively manage and obtain a 360 degree view. CRM phase 1 was delivered at the end of 2021. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system was implemented, with access for the commercial and corporate departments. CRM phase 2 was started in 2024 and the Security SET-up adapted and the access to all other departments. New needs were mapped during this expansion to a company-wide and future-oriented CRM system. We put this assignment in the market for the maintenance and adjustment of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-System and the realization of future CRM projects (delivery and implementation expansion with new modules, new couplings, design of new processes, etc.).
North Sea Port is looking for a partner who thinks along and has the knowledge and know how to find the best solution, to be more implementedand the maintenance of the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment including the couplings between the different systems.
