Description:
As part of this market, the resa innovation and technology contracting authority SA in its name and on behalf of Resa its intercommunale, acts on behalf and on behalf of Ores. Context: The deployment of communicating meters in Wallonia is supervised by the decree of 12/04/2001 relating to the organization of the regional electricity market modified by the decree of 07/18/2018. This decree should soon be modified to act the acceleration of this deployment with a view to reaching 100% communicating meters on the end of 2029. RESA and ORES wish to prepare for this acceleration of deployment and plan to call on the subcontracting to assist them in this deployment. The volumes of meters in electricity potentially entrusted to subcontractors are as follows: • 400,000 meters for RESA • between 700,000 and 900,000 counters for ORES The market also includes the support for the customer journey and the automated data exchange between the IT systems of the tenderer and those of RESA and ORES.
