Description:
This assignment includes the relocation of the materials from the Reepkaai hospital to the central campus AZ Groeninge, Kennedylaan. This concerns the relocation of material goods: furniture, medical devices and nursing material, consumption material, computers, ... not exhaustive. The assignment not only consists of the physical relocation, but also includes dismantling and recovering the materials in the correct condition. According to the current planning, the move will start from September 2025. However, this timing is subject to change. A number of services may have to be moved in advance, or only at a later time. The size of the part to be relocated includes material of 4 nursing units (+/- 100 beds), a physiotherapist and support services. Via the attached documents (appendices e t.e.m. J) the size can be better estimated by the tenderers. In addition, a location visit is also required so that a correct quotation can be made.
