- Purpose of the work: Planning works of a public service of Motor-Homes in the "district of the Malterie". As part of the development of the "Malterie district", the City of Lessines has committed a desire to develop its servic offer for tourists in situationroaming. The Motor-Homes Aire project is part of a global development vision by the Dendre river, within a historic site close to Notre-Dame a la Rose and Grand'Place Hospital. The site despite its many advantages, the site intended to accommodate the Motor-Homes areaTo date has not been highlighted. Located northern bank of La Tondre, the places currently in wasteland will ultimately be composed of the old revalued boat charger, a green parking, a green space, a reception area of Motor-Homes (object of this market) and a pedestrian footbridgeconnecting the whole. The development of the Motor-Homes area will be supplemented by an investment for Green Espace that obtained funding as part of the Call for Projects of the Green and Blue Mill in urban areas. These two projects are subsidized via the Wallonia recovery plan. Space isBrought to become a place of reception of biodiversity, in perfect adequacy with the journey, the reception area of Motor-Homes and the relaxation areas that compose it. Combined projects thus offer a high-quality landscape and heritage framework for Motor-Homists. The developmentsIf the project of the City of Lessines allows the very comfortable parking of 9 to 10 users, it has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 15 Motor-homs with a parking dimension of minimum 3m/8m positioned according to the logic of straight epis. High -stem trees will be integrated intoEncourages. They limit heat islets on the area. The diversity of spaces makes it possible to live comfortably at the rate of the seasons and according to the desires of the different users.
