- This market relates to the modernization by a Site Builder of the simple infrastructure of the ASTRID simple for legacy network base stations, i.e. without major constraints linked to legacy equipment. A.S.T.R.I.D. plans to deploy LTE RAN network based on the PPDR frequency bands assigned to it. This network is called MC RAN network. A.S.T.R.I.D. estimated that the MC RAN network will be based on 560 outdoor sites. This contract concerns the modernization of these sites. In this context, ASTRID estimates that among these sites approximately 65% of the sites will have to be modernized without major constraints linked to legacy equipment (simple for legacy) by the addition of equipment, among these, 25 of the pylons/structures will have to be replaced, 4 sites/year will have to be relocated (site moves) independently of the deployment of the MC RAN network (end of rental contract).
