Description:
A real-time moderation tool that can support VRT social media teams to avoid hate and spam among VRT posts. The object of the assignment is a real-time moderation tool that supports the VRT social media teams in monitoring a healthy, safe and respectful digital conversation among all VRT content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube. This tool must: - Automatically detect hateful, discriminatory, intimidating or disinforming responses based on current Flemish and broader European moderation standards. - Filter spam, phishing and commercial abuse responses, including bots or coordinated fake campaigns that can damage the integrity of VRT discussions. - Respond in real-time, so that inappropriate content is released as quickly may be intercepted, given the high visibility and impact of public VRT channels. - Be adaptable per brand/program (e.g. VRT NWS, Sporza, Radio2, Ketnet...), with different sensitivities and moderation rules depending on the target group and the context.
