Description:
The building will be removed asbestos, completely hollowed out and stripped bare (facades, roofs, interior design and finishing, technical installations) and the passageways as well as the exterior emergency staircase will be replaced by new concrete elements. The building envelope will be fitted with a new aluminum joinery (3-chamber profiles, HR glazing); placement of high-performance insulation behind composite facade panels; renovation of the roof covering with additional thermal insulation. Redevelopment and interior reorganization of the apartments with a particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation. Complete renovation of technical installations with centralized production of heat and domestic hot water with distribution to the apartments. Centralized and closed ventilation system (system D) with supply lines and extraction with heat recovery. New electrical and sanitary installation as well as renewal of all equipment. Finishing of common areas and apartments (acoustic/thermal insulation of the floor and floor covering on floating screed; wall coverings and false ceilings; interior carpentry and painting).
