- This assignment concerns the purchase of approximately 30 locker systems (delivery boxes), to be realized over a period of five (5) years, as well as the maintenance of these systems for eight (8) years, within the framework of a framework agreement with one contractor. The locker systems must allow this suppliers can deliver goods to the various Service Points of the contracting authority in a safe, controlled and autonomous manner, without the intervention of on-site staff. This mainly concerns smaller items that cannot be delivered via the distribution centers. It system must have a central management module (web or mobile application) with which the Service Point employee can maintain an overview of deliveries at any time and inform the customers involved that their shipment is available. The lockers must also be able to be used for mutual exchange of materials between internal services of the contracting authority. The solution must be safe, reliable and user-friendly, and allow deliveries to take place 24/7.
