- Following the decision of the Brussels-Capital Government of 15 May 2014 regarding the exemplary behavior of the authorities in the field of transport and the roadmap of the Climate Plan approved by the Brussels Government, which aims to city center into a 'zero emission zone' by 2025 and confirming the objective of phasing out diesel by 2030 at the latest and phasing out all types of combustion engines by 2035 in favor of electric or hydrogen models, Sibelga organizes a purchasing center under the name MobiClick with the aim of facilitating the purchase of electrically powered utility vehicles by concluding framework agreements. 2.1.1 CASCADE The purpose of the The assignment is to conclude a Cascade Framework Agreement for all lots with all tenderers who have submitted a valid quotation.
