- Mission of project author in a multidisciplinary team - Restoration of the envelope of building A This contract is a service contract which aims to appoint a project author (AP) in a multidisciplinary team with a view to restoring the envelope of building A, on the Solbosch campus: frames, facades and roofs, as well as techniques related to the envelope. The PA decided to use a contract split into a firm tranche (development of a restoration master plan and into two tranches conditional requiring a complete mission of project author. Indeed, it is necessary for the PA to resort to a split contract insofar as the realization of the restoration project of building A depends concretely on the orientations techniques of the restoration master plan. This implementation plan will then allow the PA to activate or not the conditional tranches of this public contract. This splitting is also necessary since it is strictly linked to feasibility financial market and, subsequently, the approval of the PA board of directors. The PA further emphasizes that the services of the complete mission of project author relating to the AZ wing of building A could be carried out by the PA internally.
