  • The market concerns a complete mission of project author for developments and constructions at the Pôle de la Pierre. The Pôle de la Pierre is a training center dedicated to the stone trades, installed on the site of an old blue stone quarry from an area of ​​approximately 1ha, in Soignies. This training center is managed by the Walloon Heritage Agency. It was carried out thanks to the rehabilitation of an industrial wasteland, in part with the Feder fund competition (2014-2020). This work focused on the restoration and reallocation of classified buildings, the construction of a new volume of workshops and the first site development (parking, fences, access, paths).
