Description:
ICT incidents/Requests/Questions are always handled first by the Digital Workplace and Service Desk (DWP) teamspart of the guard duty at BAC. As such, this support for Microsoft 365 Platform is a crucial part of the daily ICT operation (and by extension the airport operation).
We are looking for a supplier that excels in:
-Technical and functional expertise of Microsoft 365 Platform, including staying abreast of the latest releases and developments from Microsoft.
- Consistently provides timely and quality 3rd-line Service Desk services, related to the Microsoft 365 Platform.
The daily execution and general tasks are as follows:
-24/7 availabilityd of Microsoft 365 Platform support and functional and technical handling of ICT requests and ICT incidents.
-Registration and handling of ICT requests and ICT incidents.
-Register tickets for BAC with Microsoft and follow up on these tickets until a solution is found has been found.
-Kennismanakeep the gement database up to date.
-Functional and technical expertise as a service (on request).
The term of the framework agreement is 3 years and can be extended twice for a period of 1 year each time.
