Description:
Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract the purpose of which is the execution of services relating to emergency interventions on the motorways managed by the Battice motorway district which include: - 24-hour permanence, 365 days a year; - there installation of signage; - the removal of obstacles to restore normal traffic conditions; - brushing operations and/or evacuation of common type load losses; - establishing detour routes; - the deployment and withdrawal of SMOG signaling; - the provision of an unblocking machine during the implementation of the snow plan; - temporary and localized repair of road damage. - These services can take place every day of the year, day or night, including weekends and public holidays. Services are carried out on roads belonging to network I. Occasionally, services can be ordered on other regional roads of the Verviers Roads Department

Duration of the contract: This contract is concluded for four successive periods of 1 year. without
interruption.
The contracting authority may, however, terminate the contract upon expiry.
