- The new hospital of AZ Jan Portaels is currently under construction, completion and occupancy is expected in 2027. The candidates in these specifications therefore take into account delivery and installation in the new hospital on the Salyx site, a former industrial estate at the rear of the station in Vilvoorde. Various medical imaging equipment will not move to the new building due to the age of these equipment: MRI, CT, SPECT CT, Digital Mammography, RX hall, Mobile RX To make this transition possible, we wish to have the option of providing financing via a rental formula for a period of 5-9 years, whereby new developments are also automatically integrated without to be disruptive in the investment approach.
