Description:
The assignment includes the first part of the necessary works for the restoration of the northern side rooms in the Sint-Rombouts Cathedral. This file concerns a re -use of a previous file in which some works were deleted that are later carried out (see general technical provisions).This part of the works provides for the restoration of the former chapter room, with the design of a heritage depot at the top. Furthermore, this file provides for the design of a new sacristy and bijacristy and a workspace with storage. The already existing kitchen is retained and the toiletwill be redesigned. In a later phase, among other things, the design of public sanitary facilities and storage in the Noordportaal is provided, for which the necessary connections must already be provided in this part. A large part of the restoration polychromy and the realization of some new cupboardsAlso shift to the next phase.
