- The project includes renovating the floor of the group dressing rooms in swimming pool Nekkerpool, Nekkerspoel-Borcht 19, 2800 in Mechelen. The assignment includes the removal of the sanitary walls and lockers of the group dressmakers for reuse or the removal in the event of the choice of new sanitary walls and lockers, mainly: • Removing and renewing interior doors. • Removing a tiled floor, clock wells and the screed including underfloor heating. • Placing a new screed with underfloor heating, floor gutters, waterproofing mat and floor and wall tiles. • The replacement of the existing sanitary walls and lockers or a new system of sanitary walls and lockers.
