- Purpose of the services: The purpose of this contract is to designate service providers for technical studies and monitoring the execution of the rehabilitation and construction work on the reception buildings of Technopole 1 and Technopole 2, located in Tournai.
Brief program:
The Intercommunal Agency IDETA is responsible for converting the former industrial site of Ateliers Louis Carton in Tournai into an economic activity park dedicated to the circularity of mineral materials and the creation of new materials, the Cleantech Park. IDETA plans to rehabilitate part of the old workshops industrial companies to develop the Technopole 1 & 2.
The Technopole 1 & 2 includes reception buildings aimed at supporting companies wishing to experience their circular processes for creating or reusing mineral materials and carbon-free materials. The infrastructure will also offer of the training locations as well as ancillary services in support of this activity.
The Technopole consists of:
- An innovation center and its living hall (Technopole 1)
- Shared workshops and relay halls (Technopole 2)
The innovation center brings together premises dedicated to research (laboratories, coworking and individual offices), as well as an auditorium and training rooms, around a central hall meeting, demonstration and event space.
