- This contract concerns the supply of peek equipment for a period of 4 years. By peek material, we mean the supplies covered in the price inventory (CT2309-09 - 20.1 - Price form and inventory, sheet 2). These components are part of a pharmaceutical product generator.that and have been the subject of registration of a marketing authorization file (AMM). The list of imposed references is included in the price inventory (CT2309-09 - 20.1 - Form and price inventory, sheet 2). However, the bidder is free to propose otherreferences, as long as the attached specifications (CT2309-09 - 20.4 - Hardware specs in peek) are fully respected. The bidder proposing different references will be invited to send samples immediately after the opening of the offers. First orders cannot be accepted.can only be done from the moment the samples have been validated
by the IRE.
