Object of the contract and classification
Nature of the contract
The contract is a contract for services within the meaning of Article 2, 21 of the Act.
The contract concerns a full project designer contract for the project involving the building complex on the Markthal site in 3090 Overijse renewedand is being redeveloped, including the associated environmental construction.
The place of service is the Administrative Center Vuurmolen, Begijnhof 17, 3090 Overijse
The contracting authority will ensure that this assignment is carried out in compliance with anti-discrimination legislation.
Scope ofthe assignment
The study assignment includes all services related to a complete assignment: architectural study, landscape architecture, stability studies and special techniques, including the drawing up of the demolition follow-up plan, all connections to be made,the expertise of Environment and Sustainability, technical report, EPB coordination, acoustics, BIM (Building Information Modeling or digital representation of the project), implementation coordination and budget control that should enable the realization of the "Markthal site" project.

the preparatory meetings;
the finalization of the building program together with the commissioning board and various stakeholders;
the preparation of the preliminary design file;
