Description:
The object of the market is the provision of services relating to the launch and animation of a thematic working group in the context of the implementation of the regional mobility strategy - goods component (SRM/m). The promoter of this working group (the future contractor for this market)will integrate the governance structure of the SRM/m. He must be able to mobilize a group of actors from the public and private sectors and with expertise and knowledge of the theme. He must also be able to put these actors around the table and mobilizeTheir collective intelligence in order to (1) to identify priority projects to be carried out in order to achieve the objectives set by the SRM/m but also (2) to start a reflection on actions to be implemented to tend towards the objective of carbon neutrality in the transport sector by 2050Imposed by Europe. (3) Medium -term actions and intermediate objectives to 2040 will also have to emerge from exchanges. All the actions identified must be able to be carried out by the public sector and by the private sector. The theme of the working group is as follows: security,Environmental efficiency and optimization of multimodal travel chains in Wallonia.
