- This market represents a global mission of services, comprising 2 components: carrying out a complete health study of the intramural site in order to determine the state of the vestiges (stability, state of materials, presence of vegetation, etc.), determine types of intervention and the order of priority and to estimate the cost and duration of interventions. The sanitary state will be updated each year for 2 years. In parallel to this mission, the team of project authors (architects, stability engineer) takes care of a second part relating to all stabilization of the stabilization of Refector, namely study, monitoring of preliminary studies, obtaining heritage and urban authorizations, drafting of specifications, assistance in market procurement and monitoring of the work.
