• Description:
• The object of this contract concerns the provision of vehicles through operational leasing. This is a long-term rental of vehicles subject to payment of a fixed monthly rent for the entire duration of the contract. The vehicles concerned by this contract are: - Around 30 company vehicles for the various members of Vivalia for which the monthly rent is a maximum of €850.00 excl. VAT; - Around 15 service vehicles for different services such as the laboratory, technical services, etc. for which the monthly rent is a maximum of €550.00 excluding VAT; - Around 12 VIM type vehicles (medical intervention vehicle) and their layout for the SMUR (Mobile Emergency and Resuscitation Service). Concerning company vehicles, the user will be able to choose the desired vehicle, as long as it remains within the maximum budget. allocated by the employer. The calculation of the rent for the different types of vehicles will be carried out on the theoretical basis of 48 months, with 40,000 km annually. This data will be adapted according to reality.
