Description:
The purpose of this multi-year services market is to manage and maintenance of servers, containers, databases, application accommodation and network on the different Cloud and non-Cloud platforms used by the SPW. Three types of services are targeted by this market:- Daily management services, exploitation, resolution of requests and incidents and corrective maintenance, concerning the following areas: IT infrastructure and operating systems, databases, applications accommodation as well as the network. These different areas are distributed in positions 1 to 4 of this market. A childcare service relating to these areas is requested from post 5 of the inventory.- Services in Régie mode (Post 6) concern the provision of personnel in order to carry out planned or urgent developments in relation to posts 1 to 4.
