The contract will relate to the implementation, the supply of licenses, initial settings, training in use and subsequent maintenance and developments in a TICKE TOOL.Proposed will not be to develop tailor -made, the contracting entity wants to acquire an existing tool.
The Ticketing tool must at least offer the following services:
1. A web platform so that:
• Employees can ask questions and follow their requests;
• The answers canbe provided to employees;
• emails can be integrated and questions generated automatically;
• Customer management is possible;
• Reports are available;
• A real -time dashboard taking up key indicators be taken up.
2. Integration in the environmentWeb Existing HR Rail;
3. Interface (s) for data exchange;
