VISITWallonia (Wallonia Belgium Tourism ASBL) is in charge of marketing and tourism promotion of Wallonia in Belgium and on foreign markets, mainly in Europe (Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Italy) but also on other so-called opportunity markets (in Europe and outside-Europe).
In this Special Specification, VISITWallonia is referred to, indifferently, as VISITWallonia or contracting authority.
As part of its new missions and following the regionalization of tourism, VISITWallonia has exclusively ensured, since January 2017, the promotion of tourisme of the Walloon Region in the leisure and MICE sectors, particularly at national and international tourism fairs / professionals and the general public.
VISITWallonia participates in events of various sizes and aimed at the general public and/or professionals with partners, sou-exhibitors, tourist operators hereinafter called "followers".
VISITWallonia is responsible for renting a location at each of the exhibitions and/or events.
This contract concerns the provision of services within the meaning of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.
The corresponding servicesdent to CPV codes 71220000 and 79956000-0.
The object of this contract is the design and implementation of a new stand, creative, innovative and original, including the drafting of proposals and detailed plans for stands (from 40 to 120m2) based on existing equipment and/or to be replaced, their equipment...
