Description:
The Province of Namur wishes to set up a biomethanation unit on the territory of the town of Ciney, in order to supply energy to the Provincial School of Agronomy and Sciences of Ciney (abbreviated "EPASC").
To do this, the Province is looking for a partner for the design, developmentdevelopment, financing, construction and operation of the unit.
The project will be located on land close to the EPASC belonging to the province.
The Province wants this unit to be perfectly integrated into the local landscape, so special attention will be paid to the provenance of inputs and local recovery of digestate. On this point, since the province owns EPASC, it can facilitate exchanges with the latter for the supply of inputs and the recovery of digestate.
