Description:
The object of this market consultation consists of the implementation and use of software for sending and sentiment analysis of satisfaction measurements for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), CES (Customer Effort Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score). VDAB wants a tool with such a high ratingpossible response rate. VDAB wants to capture reliable customer feedback at various levels within the organization (per cluster, province and up to team level). VDAB wants to periodically supplement quantitative monitoring data with qualitative input from customers. These measurements must be sent outand shortly after specific business processes have been completed. The impetus for this is given via a link in the VDAB systems, so that VDAB can link the feedback to a specific service. VDAB must be able to work in the tool itself and make the necessary adjustments, both on the vin terms of the question as well as the time of the survey.
