Market on the acquisition, subscription, maintenance and support of software for public services Walloons
This contract is a public market for multi-year orders. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single successful tenderer for the entities identified in point 3 of Title II of the present specifications. These entities will move orders to the adjudicator of the Framework Agreement as their own needs. The purpose of this market is the purchase of licenses (*) and associated services covering a wide range of software publishers. These licenses and associated services are more detailed in respect of the "Technical Requirements" of this Special Specifications. (*) Subscriptions, subscriptions or other paying services aimed at the right to use software are, within the framework of This special specifications, similar at the end of "license". The subscription to a SaaS contract "Software As a Service - Software delivered as a service" that allows the use of software through the Internet (via a Browser for example) is consistent with the purpose of this market.
