The purpose of this contract is to designate a design office responsible for carrying out a hydrological and hydraulic study on the watersheds of Warche, Warchenne and Amblève, located in the territories of the municipalities of Waimes and Malmedy, and to establish a technical-economic component accompanied by prioritized and costed solutions and “Quick-wins” action sheets. Proposals must be included in the shared upstream-downstream PGRI envelope and take into account the avenues already listed in l-application PARIS.
