This public market concerns a punctual contract for the construction of a new housing block for the basic training at Camp Wartet in Marche-les-Dames. This project includes the demolition of building R and part of the roads and the construction of a new concrete skeleton structure with non -load -bearing masonry of two floors, including all techniques (heating by heat pump, installation separate domestic hot water, data wiring, fire protection, etc.).
