Description:
The aim of this adoption is to work, deliveries, transport, the workforce and all implementing products with regard to the implementation of a maintenance contract (management contract) for the technical installations of both museums: Navigo and Ten Duinen Abbey. The exploitation has a set duration of 10 years, starting from the date of notification of the award of the service assignment. The agreement runs in the end 10 years after the stated date. The service assignment consists of 4 parts: 1) Management and supervision: The management company is responsible for the daily management, control and supervision of the technical installations stated in this specifications. The aim of these performance is to fulfill the proposed comfort standards in an economic and energy -friendly manner, taking into account changing internal and external circumstances. 2) Maintenance and Depannages: This concerns the classic periodic maintenance with preventive character, as well as all interventions for breakdown control.
