- This government contract aims to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the management and maintenance of HVAC and other technical installations of 13 buildings of the city of Vilvoorde and the autonomous municipal company Vilvoorde, as well as for the implementation of various works on these installations (interventions, repairs, replacements). The purpose of the agreement is to relieve the client as much as possible of the technical management of these usually larger buildings of the city of Vilvoorde and autonomous municipal company Vilvoorde. This concerns the management, maintenance, interventions and repairs of HVAC installations, sanitary facilities, high-voltage cabins, lifts, fire and gas detection, smoke heat extraction, automatic doors, emergency generators and sun protection.
