Description:
The market to which the clauses and conditions of this special specifications are applied to the purpose of this specifications: development and implementation of a mixed Economic activity park on the site called "ZACC de Bolland" in Herve. The roads to be created are in the extension of the rue desMEUNERIES IN HERVE. The purpose of this market is to carry out roads (including sidewalks and shoulders), the establishment of a separative drainage network, the installation of dealers (water, gas, electricity, optical fiber, etc.) as well as the construction of ties and basin ofretention/infiltration. - Development of a soft modes passing under the Ravel line and connecting thelower part of the new area of activity at N3; - Repair of the coating on rue des Meuneries; - Complete redevelopment of access to rue des Meuneries on the N3 by duplication of entrance and exit bands, creation of a tray at the right of Ravel, etc. - enlargement of the N3 forAllow the creation of a Tourne-a-left band in terms of the insertion of rue des Meuneries on the N3.
