The assignment consists of appointing (a) managed service provider (s) for the SAP suite The initial contracting period is 3 years, with the possibility for BAC to extend the agreement twice by 2 years. This European tender will be organized in 3plots.

The appointment of a managed service provider for the SAP suite, more specifically all activities for SAP S4/HANA, including the following sub -topics: finance, sales, procurement (without Ariba), Treasury, Group Reporting, Billing, Subscript, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing, Billing,Contract accounting, contract management, competitors and Central Invoice Management. The assignment also includes the delivery of small and/or large adjustments with regard to this lot, such as setting up new functionalities, expansion of functionalities, user requests that mustBeing set up in SAP (for example, setting up a new company code, creating new type of report, ...)
