• 1673 service vehicles • 781 service vehicles 3.5 TON

The scope of this file includes:
• maintenance services:
o Management of maintenance and repairs;
o Car wash invoicing;
o Management, delivery and installation of tires;
o Roadside assistance managements).
• Maintenance services management tasks:
o pre-financing and invoicing of the invoiced interventions of the past month for the services/plots:
▪ maintenance, car wash and repairs;
▪ car wash;
▪ delivery and installation of tires;
▪ roadside assistanceserial damage.
o practical organization of maintenance services; administrative organization and follow-up, invoicing flow.
o Managing the accident files, including all administrative actions and vehicle repairs.
o Reporting linked to the above maintenanceservices. o Provide an efficient organization for handling complaints linked to the above maintenance services.
o Identifying recurring problems with vehicles that could have an impact on replacement.
