Part of the building is a protected monument (tower + facades on Korte Sint-Annastraat) The works include, among other things, the renewal roofing tower,checking and local repair other roofs, painting the wooden exterior joinery + local repair, limited facade renovation and maintenance work IFV after seeking monument guard.
