Description:
Framework contract for carrying out all kinds of maintenance work on roads, footpaths and related areas on the territory of the city of Vilvoorde - service year 2026. The specifications provide for the possibility of awarding 3 extensions, each for a period of 1 year. The works mainly include: - (re)construction of footpaths and linear elements; - paving repair; - limited asphalt and sewerage works; - installing demarcation material and other street furniture; - demolition and earthworks; - urgent interventions. The items and quantities provided in the bill of quantities only indicate: an indication of the work to be effectively carried out. The actual assignments will only become clear during the term of the contract, depending on the needs of the city council. During the contract, the city council can always request that the quotation be further supplemented specified works.
