- Contract for a period of four years. The present contract concerns a government contract relating to services for periodic preventive and curative maintenance and any necessary corrective maintenance of the smoke extraction system in the atrium of one of the FPS buildings. Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, more specifically Egmont 2, as described further in these specifications. The chosen procedure is the assignment of limited value. This contract is not divided into lots. Variants are not allowed. Options are not allowed. Bee In the event of a fire, the smoke produced in the atrium is evacuated by this smoke extraction system from manufacturer Toussaint Nyssenne. To guarantee the perfect condition of the installation, it is important that periodic preventive and curative maintenance is carried out and that the possibility of corrective maintenance if necessary. Periodic maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable standards. The services must be performed for the first time within 30 calendar days. This period starts to run from the day following the date of dispatch of the order form.
