The assignment mainly includes: • the milling of existing infrastructure • the installation of joint strips • the construction of a road surface by means of a new top layer. Description of the works: Object of these works: Maintenance of municipal roads • Pulsebaan (Lille) - Vorselaarseweg - Heirbaan (Vorselaar) - asphalting works on the bridge deck over the E34 • Stone rows - asphalting works on the bridge deck over the watercourse • Heide - asphalting works on the bridge deck over the watercourse • Blommerschotsebaan between Oostmalsebaan and municipal boundary Malle • Construction of concrete paving stones on the renovated asphalt pavement (Heide Lille) The numbers of the articles referred to correspond to the numbers of the articles from - the law of 17.06.2016 on public procurement, BS 14.07.2016 (Act 2016); - the Royal Decree of 18.04.2017 on the placement of government contracts in the traditional sectors, BS 09.05.2017 (KB Placement); - the Royal Decree of 14.01.2013 determining the general implementation rules of the government contracts, as amended by the RD of 22.06.2017, BS 27.06.2017 (Implementation KB).
