Description:
The market includes:
• Preventive maintenance (maintenance);
• On -site troubleshooting interventions and remote assistance (telephone or email).
Maintenance interventions include all the preparation (hot and cold stake in the tank) and handling the samples under Supervision of site staff.
Maintenance relates to existing installations (see description in technical requirements) and to new installations whose installation is provided for as part of a public work market during publication.
The market also includes the Presence of the maintenance which will be appointed after this public market procedure during discussions with the public contract contractor for new facilities.
Coordination is indeed essential between these contractors (visits on site during work, participation in meetings and decisions).
The maintenance of the new installations will therefore begin after the provisional reception of the work but Interventions/Opinion of the service provider will be necessary/asked before the start of the maintenance mission. The cost of this consultancy will be included in the cost of post 1.
