Description:
This assignment has the performance of preventive and curative maintenance of lift installations and lifting equipment as the object. A more detailed description of the object of the assignment is included in the technical regulations (Chapter 3). Current, a hundred lift installations andMaintaining lifting equipment spread over forty addresses in Flanders and Brussels. Number of lift installations and lifting equipment as well as addresses can, however, evolve during the term of the framework agreement. This assignment is an assignment for services in the sense Art. 2, 21 of the Act onGovernment contracts of 17 June 2016. The assignment takes the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35 of the public procurement law of 17 June 2016 - see 1.11 for more information. The contracting authority acts as a purchasing center within the meaning of art. 2, 6 of the lawGovernment contracts, and this with regard to the entities stated in 1.1.1 (the "orderers").
