- The biennial maintenance of individual gas appliances, maintenance of solar boilers, air heaters and chimney cleaning of the various buildings of the Sociale Huisvestingsmaatschappij Woonhaven Antwerpen BV: central heating boilers, gas geysers and gas heaters in accordance with the relevant regulations in theconclusion of the Flemish Government of 8 December 2006 and to update all addenda and supplements and the digital inventory of (non-gas-fired) individual heating and hot water installations. A discount percentage may be specified per additional appliance at the same address. Purpose of theassignment The contractor will make all arrangements for the implementation of preventive maintenance, inspection with the necessary control tests and repairs to the individual combustion appliances for heating buildings or for the production of hot consumption water and associated flue gas discharges. The assignment includes:eliminates all individual gas appliances in each residential unit. Both the devices owned by Woonhaven Antwerpen BV and the private devices are integral to the assignment. A list of the residential units (address and contact details of the tenant) will be submitted to the assigned contractorrequest. Woonhaven Antwerpen transfers a digital list to the contractor with a description of all installed appliances per residential unit with associated data, private or owned by Woonhaven Antwerpen BV, regardless of design or fuel.
